FAQ: How to Set Up Your Calendar Without an Embed Code

The best way to set up your calendar on the planner portal is by using an embed code from your calendar provider. You can exactly how to do that in this video. The embed code is the best way to sync your calendar but sometimes that isn't an option from your provider.


If you do not have an embed code but only have a link to your calendar we recommend the following:


  1. Find your standard calendar link (what you would send to a client)
  2. Paste it in this iframe code in the place of the bolded text <iframe src="https://your calendar url goes here" style="margin: auto;" height="1200px" width="100%"></iframe>
  3. Copy this entire code into the Calendar iFrames section of your planner portal
