FAQ: Why has an Onboarding Client Received a "Error Submitting Onboarding Data"?

It's likely because they skipped a question in the onboarding phase. If they log in again they should be taken directly to the question with the missing information or they can use the arrows in the bottom right corner of the onboarding screen to scroll back up to the top of the questions and go through again.
