Finding Your Notice of Assessment
Your Notice of Assessment is mailed to you each year after your tax return has been processed. There is information on your Notice of Assessment that will help validate some of the information you've already shared. Information like your income, net income, tax credits, RRSP contribution room, Home Buyers Plan balance and payments, as well as pension adjustments.
As a reminder, we do not need personal information like your SIN (Social Insurance Number), address or account numbers, so for security reasons these should be cropped out of any uploads.
Instructions to find your Notice of Assessment:
Go to MyCRA and download an electronic copy
Steps: Log in to MyCRA > Tax returns > View returns and Notices of Assessment and Reassessment > click on the latest document under Notice of Assessment
