How to Mark a Client as ‘Paid’ on the Backend?

First, you'll want to make sure the client is "tied" to your planner account. Go to Company > All Clients and select your name from the drop down menu. Make sure you click the second "Assign" button to assign the client to yourself.

Then, when the client has been "tied" to your planner account, go to Planner > Clients and open up the Action column using the ">" arrow. Then find the client and move them from Unpaid to Paid by double clicking the drop down and selecting "Paid".

They will then have full access to the platform as a paid client.
