FAQ: How Do I Delete My Account

We are not able to delete your account for you.

In order for you to do this yourself, go to the Account section and press Delete. Once your account is deleted all information will be permanently erased. If you choose to use the platform in the future you will need to start from scratch.

Deleting your account will remove access to the platform immediately, you will not maintain access until your next payment date.
