FAQ: If I Am Currently Collecting a CPP Survivor Benefit, How Do I Include it On the Platform?

The best way to add this income is to include it in Other Taxable Income in the Income Section of the Discovery Phase.

At the moment the platform cannot calculate the integration of CPP Survivor Benefit and personal CPP Benefit when the CPP Survivor Benefit has already started and is already being received. It can only calculate the integration of the CPP Survivor Benefit and personal CPP Benefit when it calculates the CPP Survivor Benefit itself and has the required inputs.

This means that the platform isn't doing the integration calculation automatically for you and may need to be adjusted the CPP Survivor Benefit manually in Planning > Projections > Table as your CPP starts.
