FAQ: How does an Advisor Bypass the Discovery Meeting on the Platform?
There are two intake flows on the platform:
Flow #1 uses the company profile and the onboarding link at the top of the company profile, when a client uses this link to sign up they get the emails and calendar in the company profile.
Flow #2 uses the planner profile and the onboarding link at the top of the planner profile, when a client uses this link to sign up they get the emails and calendar in the planner profile.
One option, if you have already done an intro call and would like to bypass the discovery call on the platform, is to provide them with your Planner link and then remove the Discovery calendar from your Planner profile.
When a client hasn’t done a Discovery call with you you could provide them with your Company link and leave the Discovery calendar in your Company profile. This would be the link you add on your website and social media. That way when they sign-up they will still see your calendar.
