Advisor Help: How to Assign a Client to a Planner

There are two ways to assign a client directly to a planner:

  1. The first is to use the the planner link found in Planner > Profile. Clients the use this direct link will automatically be added to the client list in the Planner Section.


  2. The second is to manually assign the client in the Company > All Clients Section. This can be done by selecting the planner

    Then select "Assign" either in the Planner Access column, the Primary Planner column or both. Primary planner will ensure that emails come from that planner.

    Once assigned, the client will appear in the Planner Client list as well as their Prospect/Client Flow.
