Advisor Help: How to Create a New Client Manually
You can create client files manually in the Planner Portal to help client's onboard or to create sample clients for promotion.
This can be done in the Planner > Clients Section by clicking the Create New Client button
You will be prompted to enter their first name and select whether you would like to immediately mark them as paid. This can be done afterwards as well.
Once you click create you will need to finish the onboarding questions.
If you are creating this plan for a client you can transfer access to them afterwards by following these steps.
