Planner Portal: Enabled Pages

Advisors have the ability to disable/enable pages that are visible on the platform through the Planner Portal. This ability is possible through both the Planner and Company Profile Sections.

There are 4 pages that you can disable:

  1. Goals and Values

    This page is used to outline longer answers around a client's goals for an engagement.

  2. Risk and Investment Profile

    This page provides a risk and investment assessment for clients. This information is not used in their investment plan, but is a good tool for discussion.

  3. Planning: Projections, Summary, Recommendations, Tracking

    This includes the entire Planning phase. Some planners do their calculations with other software but prefer to use Adviice for the Discovery and Foundation phases. By disabling this you will not have access to the planning projections, AI strategies, or Summary Sections. Clients will still be able to see the Reports and Implementation Sections.

  4. Payment

    If you are processing payments outside of the platform, this will remove the Payments page where service levels are shown

How to disable these Pages:

These pages are enabled by default and can be disabled by selecting 'No' from the drop down.

If you have multiple planners with different preferences, these choices can be overridden at the Planner level by selecting 'No' for the question - Used Company Enabled Pages.
