Planner Portal: Emails

The platform will send certain emails automatically on your behalf, saving you time and speeding up the client onboarding and planning process.

Although we’ve added default content we recommend adjusting your email content to fit with your planning process, business language, and client type. Send a test email to yourself to double check the formatting by clicking the “Send Test Email” under each email editor.

In the Planner Profile you can set your own email content. These settings only apply when a prospective client uses a planner’s REF ID link to sign up to the platform.


Confirm Email: This is the first email a prospective client receives from the platform. It helps confirm that the email address they provided is correct and that the consent to receive future emails. This is the first email to the client and the language can be tailored to suit your needs.

Do NOT remove the {{confirm code}} as this is essential to confirm the client's email address

Welcome Email: This is the second email a prospective client receives from the platform after they have completed their onboarding questionnaire and their account setup is complete. They have now started their trial period on the platform. They can also book a Discovery Call.

Discovery Email: This email is automatically sent after a client has completed their payment on the platform (if you are using the Stripe integration). This email kicks off the Discovery phase where the client enters their key financial information and uploads their supporting documents.

Use this email to guide the client through the next steps in starting their financial plan.

Foundation Email: This email is automatically sent only when you upload or publish a Foundation Report for a paid client. It prompts the client to review the report on the platform and book a Foundation Call using the embedded calendar.

Final Plan Email: This email is automatically sent only when you upload or publish a Plan Report for a paid client. It prompts the client to review the report on the platform and book a Plan Presentation Call using the embedded calendar.
