Planner Portal: Report Presets

Company owners can customize the report templates for all the financial advisors within the company. This helps ensure consistency between advisors. It also helps ensure that the company’s specific “voice” and “tone” is used within the reports.

Creating Reports

When an advisor is in a clients account, and they go to the Reports section, either in the Foundation phase or in the Planning phase, they can pull in the report presets automatically.

These presets can be customized using the Report Presets in the Planner Portal

Customizing Reports

To customize the report templates, company owners can either edit text in the existing presets, or create a new one by selecting the "Create New" button.


You can optimize your new presets by adding “shortcodes”. These shortcodes will automatically pull information from the client’s financial plan and embed the value within the report. This makes it very quick & easy to customize the report to a client’s specific situation.
