How Do I Fix Age Gap/Overlap Errors (Error 228,192,522 and 668)

These errors occur when age ranges in the income or expense snapshots were changed and there is now either a gap or an overlap between age ranges. If it is not corrected this can result in missing income in the Future Cash Flow and Projections sections.

Example of Age Gap:

In this example the first snapshot only goes until age 62 and the second starts at age 64. This leaves a gap for age 63 where there is no information provided.

Example of Age Overlap:

In this example both snapshots are providing data for age 64.

Resolving the Error

You can fix a gap or overlap by clicking the 3 dots on a snapshot and selecting Edit Financial Snapshot

Change either the start or end date so the snapshots no longer overlap

Troubleshooting:

• If none of your snapshots appear to be overlapping make sure there isn't a hidden snapshot that isn't being shown on a smaller screen. You can scroll to any hidden snapshots by clicking 'Next' as shown in the image below.
