Find Your Past CPP Contributions Using Your CPP Statement Of Contributions
Government pension benefits like CPP can provide a significant portion of retirement spending goals. To estimate your CPP payments in retirement we will use your CPP Statement of Contributions as well as future income assumptions.
Your CPP Statement of Contributions can be downloaded from My Service Canada. This may require a pin that is mailed to your home. This often takes 5-10 business days.
Instructions To Find Your Past CPP Contributions:
Go to My Service Canada to download your CPP Statement of Contributions
https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/services/my-account/access.html
Steps: Log in to My Service Canada > Under “View/Change” click on “Canada Pension Plan (CPP) / Old Age Security (OAS)” > Click on “CPP contributions”
Take the information from the “Your Pensionable Earnings” column (information may continue onto a 2nd or 3rd page) and copy into the Your Pensionable Earnings field year by year.
